Siurana is a pilgrimage site for a reason: compact, feature-rich limestone perched on a dramatic ridge above the Priorat wine region, on the same walls that helped shape sport climbing as we know it.
After building endurance in Chulilla, this is where the trip gets technical. Precision footwork, subtle body positioning, and genuine creative problem-solving across sectors like L'Olla, El Pati, and La Siuranella — routes that reward finesse over brute strength, whatever grade you're pushing.
Between sessions, settle into a perfectly preserved medieval village for local olive oil, regional wine, and the kind of international climbing culture that's been drawn to these storied walls for generations.

Siurana, Spain

The Venue
A legendary destination perched atop a dramatic limestone ridge in Catalonia — compact, feature-rich rock that has drawn sport climbers on pilgrimage for generations, home to sectors like L'Olla, El Pati, and La Siuranella.
The perfectly preserved medieval village above the Priorat wine region adds a cultural richness few climbing destinations can match — cobblestone streets, commanding views, and some of Spain's best local wine within walking distance of the crag.

Results
What Past Climbers Say
Chulilla taught me to push through the pump. Siurana taught me I didn't always need to. Completely different lesson, equally valuable.
Watching a pro quietly working a project two sectors over while I fumbled through 6a was equal parts humbling and completely inspiring.
Evenings in the village with local wine and other climbers' beta were honestly as memorable as anything that happened on the wall.

FAQ
Common Questions
What level do I need to be?
Previous outdoor sport climbing experience is expected, with a minimum lead grade of indoor 6a or outdoor 5. Suitable for women and men aged 15 and up; physical intensity is medium to high.
Do I need my own gear?
Bring climbing shoes and a harness you trust. We provide belay devices, helmets, and slings, plus a full kit list once you book (down jacket, headlamp, sleeping bag, approach shoes).
Is food included?
Food arrangements and any included meals are confirmed before departure.
Can I join this leg without doing Weeks 1 or 2?
Yes — every leg works as a standalone week. Siurana's technical style is genuinely its own thing, so you don't need Chulilla's endurance focus behind you to get real value here.
What if fewer than 3 people book?
We need a minimum of 3 participants to run this leg. If numbers don't add up, we'll offer an equivalent (or better) alternative, or a full refund. No hard feelings.
Where do I fly in and out of?
Barcelona International Airport, for both arrival and departure.
