Break your plateau with a world-class coach

Break your plateau. Structured coaching and real feedback. Our performance and technique camps pair small groups with elite-level coaches — World Cup finalists, multi-time national champions, IFSC route-setters — at four of Europe's most demanding sport climbing venues: Oliana, Margalef, Flatanger, Rodellar. Video analysis, structured drills, and the kind of specific feedback that actually moves your grade.

Who We Are

Built around coaches, not just crags

Every other camp we run is organized around a destination first. Performance & Technique Camps are organized around the coach first — we build each week around a specific elite-level coach's specialty, then pick the venue that suits it. That's the whole model: put a climber who's stuck at a grade in front of someone who has actually solved that exact problem before, at scale, for a living.

Our coaching team includes World Cup finalists, multiple-time national champions, IFSC-certified route-setters, and coaches who've spent years doing frame-by-frame video analysis for athletes chasing the same plateau you are. They don't run generic clinics — each camp is built around a specific weakness: footwork, power endurance, reading sequences, or the mental side of falling.

We cap every camp at seven climbers per coach. Small enough that you get real individual feedback every single session, not a group lecture with your name attached to it.

What We Do

Three ways we break your plateau

Performance and technique coaching is our whole category — structured drills, video feedback, and a coach who diagnoses exactly what's holding your grade back.

01
Technique DiagnosticsDay one is assessment, not climbing for its own sake — a coach identifies the specific habits capping your grade before the week's drills are built around fixing them.
02
Video Analysis & FeedbackEvery session is filmed and reviewed frame by frame, so you see exactly what the coach sees — not just what a fix feels like, but what it looks like.
03
Structured Power & Reading DrillsSequenced training blocks on footwork, tension, and route-reading — the same drills elite competitors use to prep for a redpoint, scaled to your level.

Signature Camp · Year-Round

Oliana: The Performance Intensive

Our most-booked performance camp, run on the steepest, most technical limestone in Catalunya for a reason: nowhere punishes bad footwork or hesitant reading faster than Oliana's tufas. Days open with technique diagnostics and video review, move into structured drills at La Reina Mora or Can Marge, and close with individual feedback on the day's footage. Climbers leave with a specific, written plan for what to work on next — not just a good week of climbing.

Frequently Asked

Before you book a performance camp

What grade do I need to climb to join?

Our performance camps suit climbers comfortable leading 6b/5.11a and above who are looking to break a specific plateau. Tell us your grade and your sticking point when booking so we can match you to the right coach and venue.

Is coaching genuinely one-to-one?

Sessions run with a maximum of seven climbers per coach, with individual video review and feedback for everyone, every day — not a group clinic where only the loudest voice gets attention.

How is this different from a sport climbing holiday?

A holiday is about volume and enjoying great routes at your own pace. A performance camp is structured around diagnosing and fixing a specific weakness, with daily video analysis and a coach actively directing your sessions.

Do I get to choose which coach I work with?

Each camp is run by a specific named coach with a listed specialty — technique, power endurance, or route-reading. Tell us your goal when you enquire and we'll point you to the camp and coach best suited to it.
