Our Sport Climbing Course also gives you the opportunity to get a taste of what we mean and become part of our climbing crew.
The main focus in Rockbustes is to deliver great quality and quantity of climbing. We will provide all necessary coaching and go through all safety and technical details so everyone is able to do as much climbing as possible and enjoy climbing with each other. We will push you to achieve more during your stay, arming you with all the necessary techniques and safety measures before you try anything new.
During this sport climbing course we will open the door for you to another dimension and show you how to climb and nail your hardest routes. This week is for those who are stuck with a certain grade and no matter how hard you train the grade is still the same and desired progress is not happening. This week is about starting to believe in unbelievable, confidence and finding things inside you you do not think you have. It is about getting out and beyond your comfort zone.
As well as building confidence, strength and taking on some tough climbs, this is a Rockbusters course, so you can also expect a hefty dose of fun! We love what we do and that really comes across in all of our trips and programmes. And… we like to party almost as much as we like to climb, so get ready to have a blast on and off the rock. The informal, fun atmosphere of our courses is famous, but we never let this distract us from your climbing progression.
Patxi sport climbing & bouldering performance analysis
Climbing performance is defined by the combination of these three components, mental power, physical power and technique skills. We can be discussing how big part each component has in your climbing performance but it is undoubtedly clear to all of us, performance climbers, we need to have it all sharp and at 100% to get to our total limit no matter you are a sport climber, boulderer or you are aiming for hard big wall climbs.
Who could be the better person to analyze that than Patxi Usobiaga, ex world champ, climbing training monster saying “my talent is to be able to suffer”, one of the world’s best climbers and has coached pros like Chris Sharma, Adam Ondra, and Daniel Woods to name a few. Lets meet with Patxi for a week climbing and training session, send some cool on-sights, flashes or red points in his home destination of Oliana and find out where your main limitation is and how to improve your overall climbing performance and how to climb BETTER, HARDER and MORE!
Mental power (fear, concentration, motivation, frustration, …)
Physical power (maximum power, resistance power, stamina, explosivity, weaknesses vs strong points, …)
Technical skills (foot work, balance, proper use of techniques as sidestep, drop knee, flag, resting, breathing, how to grip properly - crimp, open hand, pinch, …)
Minimum of 3 participants. In other cases we will offer different trips/courses in the same or higher value or issue full refund.

Terradets

The Venue
Terradets is a limestone gorge in Lleida province with two distinct identities. Paret de les Bruixes ("the Witches Wall") is a steep, tufa-streaked sport wall known for hard, sustained routes. A short distance away, Paret de les Bagasses and Roca Regina hold some of the longest multi-pitch trad and aid routes in the wider Lleida climbing region, several exceeding 500m.
This is a destination for climbers who know exactly which side of it they came for - the two disciplines have separate grade ranges, gear needs and days out, and this page keeps them separate throughout.
