Every year we’re driving across the continent, stopping at the most iconic sport-climbing crags. You can focus on climbing as much as possible while experiencing the freedom of the ultimate climbing road trip.
Rodellar in Spain is a tufa-climbing paradise, a perfect destination for both chilled sport climbing holidays and for pushing your grade. Apart from relaxing with a glass of wine, climbing huge overhanging walls of orange limestone is the only thing to do in the sleepy village. The area is known for tufas, huge caves, and long and steep stamina routes, but there are also many vertical crags offering some more technical climbing. Rodellar offers a good grade range from fours all the way up to 9a, but to truly appreciate the area it is recommended that you climb around f7a. Tufas, slopers, wide pinches, jugs, kneebars, drop knees, heel hooks, dynos and a lot of endurance are Rodellar classics.
This trip is an ideal choice for climbers looking to refresh their sport climbing safety skills, master the leading technique and improve their overall rock climbing performance.

For the Rockbusters team climbing is not just a sport, it’s what we eat, drink, breathe and sleep - it’s what we live for. Our Sport Climbing Courses and Climbing Road Trips give you the opportunity to get a taste of what we mean and become part of our climbing crew.
The main focus of our Sport Climbing Courses and Road Trips is to provide great quality climbing, so it’s aimed at climbers with some experience. We are not pushing fit and motivated beginners away though. Rockbusters guides and coaches will provide all necessary coaching and go through all safety and technical details so everyone is able to do as much climbing as possible and enjoy climbing with each other. We make sure to push you enough so you achieve more during your stay, arming you with all the necessary techniques and safety measures before you try anything new.
During the time you will spend with us we will turn you into a confident leader of any sport climbing route and make you a better climber overall no matter your current grade or level. Our professional guides and coaches will show you all the sport climbing tricks you may use to stay safe and to be happy trying routes beyond your comfort zone.
As well as building confidence, strength and taking on some tough climbs, this is a Rockbusters course, so you can also expect a hefty dose of fun! We love what we do and that really comes across in all of our trips and programs. And… we like to party almost as much as we like to climb, so get ready to have a blast on and off the rock. The informal, fun atmosphere of our courses is famous, but we never let this distract us from your climbing progression.
