For the Rockbusters team climbing is not just a sport, it’s what we eat, drink, breathe, and sleep - it’s what we live for. Our Sport Climbing Camp allows you to get a taste of what we mean and become part of our climbing crew.

The main focus of this course is to improve your motion routine on the rock to improve your climbing performance and help avoid potential injuries. Of course as always with Rockbusters the focus will be also on quality climbing, so it’s aimed at climbers with some experience but we are not pushing fit and motivated beginners away. We will provide all necessary coaching and go through all safety and technical details so everyone can do as much climbing as possible and enjoy climbing with each other. We will push you to achieve more during your stay, arming you with all the necessary techniques and safety measures before you try anything new.

During the week Matej will equip you with the knowledge and techniques to start moving on the wall more efficient way to improve your overall climbing performance and prevent injuries. We will also turn you into a confident leader of any sport climbing routes and make you a better climber overall no matter your current grade or level. Our professional guides and coaches will show you all the sport climbing tricks you may use to stay safe and to be happy trying routes beyond your comfort zone.

As well as building confidence, and strength and taking on some tough climbs, this is a Rockbusters course, so you can also expect a hefty dose of fun! We love what we do and that comes across in all of our trips and programs. And… we like to party almost as much as we like to climb, so get ready to have a blast on and off the rock. The informal, fun atmosphere of our courses is famous, but we never let this distract us from your climbing progression.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

reasonably tight climbing shoes / harness / helmet / belay device / 2 screw gate carabiners / 60cm sling

We provide most of the gear, but you will need to bring your own climbing shoes and harness. We have belay devices, slings, and helmets, but you might prefer to bring your own you used to. We strongly suggest bringing a down jacket, a hat, a rain jacket, a pair of comfortable approach shoes, a headlamp, a sleeping bag, and a backpack big enough for carrying lunch and gear to the crag. 

FOOD

Upon arrival, before you get to the place of your final destination you will need to stop in the store to shop for breakfast and lunch food for the week. There is an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator in the place and nearby shops to replenish supplies.

There are plenty of restaurants and bars to have dinner. Communal dinners can be organized if required.
