Are you looking to maximize and develop your climbing skills? Of course you are, who isn’t and that’s why you’re on our site, right? Well, you’re in luck because that’s exactly what our Coaching Programme offers. We’ll help you to improve grade and through better technique no matter what your starting level.

We focus on balance and movement, which helps both your physical and mental development. Whether you’re a complete rookie or an experienced cranker, you’ll notice a rapid improvement once we’ve analysed and boosted your technique.

Increase your confidence and performance through plenty of practice and consolidation at each level. This allows you to head home having gained the most possible from your trip. Climb higher, faster, stronger and better. That’s what we’re all looking for on the face and in life.

Here’s a little look at what to expect when you join Rockbusters Coaching Programme.

Slab/vertical ground

Focusing on footwork, you will learn how to work with your balance, finding the most efficient and effective way to move on the rock (leading comfortably F5 or more).

Overhangs

You will experience a wide range of techniques and skills in practice, which will increase your confidence and performance while climbing overhangs. You’ll develop skills to help you handle climbing steep rocks, save energy and climb more confidently and efficiently (leading comfortably F6c or more).

Onsight / red point

This part of the course is well-suited to climbers who are confident enough with their balance, foot work and overhang technics, and who want to focus on more challenging routes (leading F6c and above).

As well as building confidence, strength and taking on some tough climbs, this is a Rockbusters course so you can also expect a hefty dollop of fun. We love what we do and that really comes across in all our tours and programmes. We like to party almost as much as we like to climb, so get ready to have a blast on and off the face.
