The Sharp End course combines mental coaching with practical climbing sessions.
Each day includes a mix of:
• Climbing sessions on carefully selected routes
• Practical exercises to manage fear
• Falling practice and commitment drills
• Mental coaching discussions
• Individual feedback from the coaches
Participants apply the techniques immediately during climbing, which makes the learning process much more effective.

Required Personal Gear
Climbing shoes, harness, helmet, belay device, 2 locking carabiners, and a 60 cm sling.
We provide most of the technical equipment, but you will need to bring your own climbing shoes and harness. Helmets, belay devices, slings, and additional gear are available, although you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer using gear you are familiar with.
If you need to borrow any personal climbing gear, please reach out before the trip so we can make sure everything is prepared and ready for you.
We also strongly recommend bringing a down jacket, warm hat, rain jacket, comfortable approach shoes, headlamp, sleeping bag, and a backpack large enough to carry your lunch, water, and climbing gear to the crag.
Food is flexible and organized individually. A shared kitchen will be available for cooking, along with refrigerators where you can store your groceries for the week. In the village of Margalef, you’ll find a small grocery shop, as well as several restaurants and bars where you can enjoy local food after a day of climbing.
Many participants like to stop at a larger supermarket on the way to stock up on supplies for the week, but this is entirely optional, and the local shop usually has everything you need for basic meals.
Accommodation is organized by Rockbusters and typically consists of simple shared lodging close to the climbing areas. To keep the experience authentic, we stay in local climbing hostels, cottages, campsites, or places run by climbers from the area.
This setup helps you connect with the local climbing community and enjoy the full atmosphere of the destination. If you have special requests or preferences, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
