Women can and do climb as hard as men. Possessing different strengths from men, as well as some physical characteristics, female climbers may require specific instructing and climbing betas. Our women-only climbing courses aim to prove that raw strength isn’t everything. Here women focus on discovering what their bodies are capable of, and how far they can get with precise footwork, increased flexibility, and good mind control, eventually developing into a stronger climber.
Women of all ages and abilities are welcome and our dedicated coaches Petra, Juli, Marta, and others will be there to challenge you while ensuring you enjoy every step of the journey. This unique experience provides the opportunity to build relationships, connect, and climb with other awesome women rock stars who love every minute they spend on the rock.
