What you will learn:

 

During this 3-hour online workshop, we will go through the basics of the Feldenkrais Method. Understand the principles behind this unique practice and how it can benefit climbers. Learn four practical, effective, and easy-to-apply movement sequences that you can incorporate into your post-climbing routine or simply do on your rest days. These practices are designed to reduce muscle tone, and therefore lengthen your muscles, aid in recovery, and relax your body and mind.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

 

  • A laptop with Zoom app installed
  • A comfortable mat (like a yoga mat) placed in a flat, quiet, warm room with privacy
  • A stable internet connection to ensure good quality conference calls

Other Accessories:

  • Two big folded beach towels to be used as props
  • Comfortable clothes
  • Ensure there is enough space around the mat to place the laptop at a distance and slightly above the floor, allowing the camera to capture the entire mat
