Multi-pitch climbing is used when climbing long routes on big walls where more than one length of rope is needed. It can vary between 2 or 25 or more lengths. One length we do call pitch. Between the pitches there are belay stations, sometimes called anchors where climbers stop, belay each other and get ready to hit the next pitch.

The goal for Rckbusters one week Multipitch climbing course is to learn all the skills needed for multi-pitch climbing to be able to go and hit some cool long lines with confidence and stay reasonably safe. Of course, we believe the best way to learn is to do so all the things will be taught on a rock trying to maximize your climbing time and practice in real multi-pitch climbing situations.
